This online booking form will enable you to make a booking for a group of upto 8 people. For groups larger than eight people, a separate booking will need to be made with a different group leader to the original booking.

It is very important that all details are correct.

**YOUR FINAL CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL SO PLEASE ENSURE IT IS CORRECT**

The group leader must be the person responsible for all communications with us. We will not discuss any details of the booking with anyone other than the group leader, even if you have the booking reference and are a member of that group. Also, the group leader's e-mail address must be the only e-mail address used for correspondance. This is to ensure that search times are kept to a minimum and that we provide the best level of service possible to you when you have any queries/problems.

Please read carefully all sections of this form as you complete them. When you reach the end of this form you will be given the chance to check all details before submitting them. ANY CHANGES THAT NEED TO BE MADE AFTER THE SUBMISSION WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADMINISTRATION CHARGE OF £10.00 PER CHANGE.
